# Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of product to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items purchased at Osprey.com or by phone. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Please note that the refund can take 7-10 business days to show up on your side.

  

**Return Instructions:**

1.  Print the packing slip provided.
2.  If provided with a prepaid shipping label, print that as well.
3.  Place the item(s) to be returned (in all original packaging) inside the box to be returned.
4.  Include the Packing Slip inside the box to be returned.
5.  Place return or address label on box, ensuring that it is on a flat surface of the package and that all label edges are secure. (Do not tape over any barcodes.)
6.  If you are reusing a box, remove/cover/mark out any other barcodes or addresses.
7.  Take the box to the nearest shipping provider.
