To do so, click here . Please be as descriptive as possible and fill out all fields completely. We encourage you to upload a clear image of the item needing replaced to help us identify the exact function of the part requested. Replacement parts are intended to restore your item to functioning condition and will differ in style and color from the originals.  \*Pack components such as top pockets, moldable hip belts, harnesses, rain covers, and detachable daypacks are not considered parts and are not available for free replacement under the AMG policy. If you need to replace a lost or missing component, please contact our Customer Support Team at 866-284-7830 for availability, purchase options and information. **What if I just need a buckle or part replaced?** Many parts can be replaced yourself or with the help of an official Osprey retailer. Please visit our [Parts Request](https://www.osprey.com/customer-support/parts-request) page to learn more.  **What if my bag needs more involved repairs?** If your Osprey product needs attention from our Skilled Repair Team, such as a new zipper, a hole patched, or any issue requiring sewing or product disassembly, please [Click here](https://www.osprey.com/customer-support/return-authorization/) to obtain a Return Authorization number (ZRA#). Included with your Return Authorization Number will be detailed shipping instructions for sending your item to us for repair.  Please do not send your pack in without a Confirmation Number. The All Mighty Guarantee is a functional repair policy that is in effect for the life of your Osprey product. We will make repairs at no cost to you to restore your Osprey product to a functional state, however, many times because of color fade or inventory limitations on fabric and replacement parts, colors will vary from the original. Black thread is used in all sewing repairs. PLEASE NOTE: If your product is not repairable and is replaced, the original will not be returned.   We will make every effort to repair your item. In the event that we are unable to make a functional repair to your pack, we will replace it. For products that are no longer in production, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to discuss replacement options. **How do I get a hipbelt extension?** We would be happy to build an extension for you. Our extensions are a piece of grey webbing with a male buckle on one side and a female buckle on the other side that clips into your existing buckles. Prior to requesting the extension for your pack, we need to know how many inches you need to add for the extension, and we need photos of your current buckles with the request.  This will ensure the repair works with your pack. Modifications and other unrelated issues are not covered by the AMG. **How long does it take to get my replacement parts?**  If you fill the request form out to the best of your ability, we will send you a tracking email when your part ships within 5-7 weeks. **My replacement part doesn't look like the original. Why not?**  It's our goal to provide a functional replacement, however possible. This means that we may send a similar part that will sufficiently replace the original, but may not match exactly. The beautiful thing is that it will work the same and makes your pack one-of-a-kind with stories to tell!
